The AAV4x4 New Fuso 2026 Euro 6 FGB71 4x4 Crew Cab Chassis combines the current Fuso Canter 4x4 platform with a comprehensive AAV4x4 super-single, body-clearance, front-protection and vehicle integration package.
Built around the 7-seat FGB71 Crew Cab, this configuration is fitted with five heavy-duty 17x9" steel super-single wheels and 37x12.5R17LT 137Q Xplora rough-terrain tyres, providing a highly capable foundation for expedition, motorhome, remote-area touring and commercial vehicle builds.
The completed vehicle is configured to a 6500kg GVM and 10,000kg GCM and incorporates the applicable Second Stage Manufacturing conversion, front wheel flares, speedometer recalibration, AAV4x4 bull bar and dedicated electrical integration.
The base vehicle is the current Fuso Canter FGB71 4x4 Wide Crew Cab, providing seating for up to seven people including the driver.
The Euro 6 driveline produces 110kW and 400Nm and is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Factory off-road features include lockable front hubs, rear limited-slip differential and low-range gearing, making the FGB71 particularly well suited to remote-area, touring and specialist off-road applications.
This AAV4x4 configuration retains the full 6500kg GVM and 10,000kg GCM specification of the applicable FGB71 platform.
The higher vehicle mass capacity makes this version especially useful as the foundation for expedition bodies, motorhomes, service bodies and other installations where available payload is an important part of the overall vehicle design.
The vehicle is fitted with five 37x12.5R17LT 137Q Xplora rough-terrain tyres mounted to heavy-duty 17x9" steel super-single rims.
The rough-terrain tread design sits between a conventional all-terrain tyre and a dedicated mud-terrain pattern, providing an aggressive off-road tread while retaining characteristics intended to make regular sealed-road travel more practical.
Features of the tread design include open shoulder grooves for clearing mud, water and loose material, stone-ejection features to help reduce stone retention, and centre tread blocks designed to support straight-line stability.

The conversion uses 17x9" 6-stud steel super-single rims developed for heavy truck applications.
The rims are DOT stamped, have a stated load rating of 2300kg per rim and have been tested in accordance with SAE J2530a.
Each tyre and wheel assembly is fitted with the appropriate high-pressure valve components and is professionally fitted and balanced as part of the completed vehicle package.
Replacing the original rear dual-wheel arrangement with super singles creates a consistent wheel and tyre configuration across the vehicle.
The package provides five matching wheel and tyre assemblies, giving the vehicle four road wheels plus a matching spare.
The front of the vehicle is fitted with an AAV4x4 FGB71 rated recovery bull bar designed specifically around the Canter 4x4.
The bar combines an alloy outer structure with a heavy-duty steel winch cradle and incorporates:
A winch, optional low-beam lights, driving lights and aerials are not included unless separately specified.
The super-single conversion incorporates the applicable fibreglass front wheel-arch flares and flare-extension components to provide suitable body coverage around the wider wheel and tyre package.
The flare installation forms part of the complete vehicle conversion rather than treating the larger wheels as a stand-alone tyre upgrade.
The vehicle receives the applicable Second Stage Manufacturing conversion for the 6500kg FGB71 super-single configuration.
The conversion incorporates the applicable approval documentation, updated tyre placard, wheel-arch flares, wheel hardware and associated vehicle preparation.
This conversion applies to the new, previously unregistered vehicle supplied as part of this package.
The larger super-single tyres have a different rolling circumference from the original Fuso wheel and tyre package.
The vehicle speedometer computer is recalibrated by AAV4x4 to suit the installed 37" wheel and tyre configuration.
The wheel conversion includes 41mm visual wheel-nut movement indicators on the applicable wheel hardware.
When positioned consistently, these provide a convenient visual reference during normal vehicle walk-around inspections and can make wheel-nut movement easier to identify.
The AAV4x4 vehicle preparation incorporates a dedicated Fuso wiring and electrical integration package.
The system includes vehicle-specific main wiring, lighting adapters and extensions, bull-bar and headlight integration, rear-light wiring, fuse protection and dedicated electrical mounting components.
This provides an organised electrical foundation for the converted chassis and its AAV4x4-installed equipment.
