Upgrade the suspension of your Fuso Canter FGB71 4x4 with this comprehensive AAV4x4 TrackMaster front and rear suspension package, professionally fitted at our Brendale workshop.
This package replaces the front and rear spring systems with heavy-duty multi-leaf spring packs and matches them with four long-travel remote-canister adjustable shock absorbers.
The current fitted package also incorporates an AAV4x4 custom front driveshaft designed for the increased suspension movement, together with the applicable U-bolts, polyurethane bush components and a professional wheel alignment after installation.
Both ends of the vehicle receive upgraded multi-leaf spring packs rather than retaining the original rear spring pack.
This makes this package particularly suitable for customers wanting a complete front-and-rear spring upgrade for touring, expedition, motorhome and heavy-duty applications.
The rear heavy-duty multi-leaf springs are selected to work as part of the complete suspension system rather than using a spacer-only rear lift.
Four heavy-duty long-travel remote-canister shock absorbers are used, with two fitted to the front and two fitted to the rear.
Each shock uses a substantial 66mm mono-tube body together with a 22mm hard-chrome-plated shaft and three-stage sealing arrangement.
The remote reservoir is connected by a braided high-pressure hose, separating additional fluid capacity from the main shock body and providing external adjustment of the damping characteristics.

This allows the suspension damping to be altered to better suit changing vehicle loads, road surfaces and terrain rather than relying on one fixed shock setting.
The current fitted package includes an AAV4x4 custom front driveshaft designed for Fuso vehicles with increased suspension travel.
The shaft provides additional slip travel for the modified suspension while maintaining the required closed operating length.
This product is a fully fitted suspension package installed by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.
Installation incorporates the applicable spring packs, shock absorbers, bush components, U-bolts and custom front driveshaft, followed by inspection of the completed suspension installation.
A professional wheel alignment forms part of the completed suspension installation.
The alignment is carried out after the suspension changes so the steering geometry can be checked with the upgraded components installed.

Suspension settings should be adjusted to suit the actual vehicle configuration, carried load and operating conditions.
Vehicles that have already accumulated significant use may require additional inspection or remedial work if existing suspension or mounting components are worn.
Suspension fasteners and U-bolts should be checked as part of normal post-installation and ongoing vehicle maintenance.
