This AAV4x4 Kinetic Subframe Package is engineered for Fuso Canter owners who want long-range fuel and water capacity without needing to relocate the spare tyre. Featuring a 200L diesel tank and a compact 190L water tank, this setup keeps the spare in its original OEM location, making it a great choice for tray and canopy builds where underbody space is limited or accounted for.
As with all AAV4x4 subframe systems, the kinetic design isolates the body from chassis flex using heavy-duty springs to absorb movement — protecting your tray, canopy, and structure from fatigue and cracking. Fully installed at our Brendale facility.

·AAV Kinetic Subframe – Allows chassis flex while isolating the body structure
·1 x 200L Diesel Tank – Baffled poly tank with low-mounted design for safe weight distribution
·1 x 190L Water Tank – UV-stable, food-grade poly, sized to retain OEM spare tyre location
·Diesel Transfer System – 5L/min pump with 15-minute timer and main tank overfill monitoring
·Seaflo Water Pump – Rear tap-mounted for easy water access
·Single Analogue Tank Gauge – Dash-mounted switch toggles between diesel and water level
·Full Braided Wiring Loom – Pre-wired with water-resistant Deutsch connectors
·Stainless steel tank straps, brackets, and all plumbing included
·If AAV is not supplying the tray, piping and lockable fillers will be temporarily mounted for transport
