This lockable fuel tank cap is designed to suit the AU214669 200-litre steel fuel tank used in compatible Fuso and custom fuel-tank installations.
The cap provides a secure replacement for a standard non-locking filler cap, helping restrict unauthorised access to the fuel tank while maintaining a positive seal over the filler opening. Its heavy-duty steel construction, polished silver finish and key-operated locking mechanism make it well suited to trucks, touring vehicles, motorhomes and commercial applications.
Two keys are supplied, allowing one to be kept as a spare.

This cap is supplied specifically as the lockable cap option for the AU214669 200-litre steel fuel tank.
It is also the cap supplied as part of the complete AU214682 FGB71 200-litre fuel tank kit, which combines the AU214669 tank, dedicated tank mounting kit and matching lockable filler cap.

The cap is supplied with two matching keys. This allows one key to remain with the vehicle while the second can be stored separately as a spare.

The cap uses a bayonet-style attachment that engages with the compatible tank filler neck using a push-and-turn action.
Once correctly installed and locked, the cap remains securely retained on the filler neck until it is unlocked and deliberately removed.
This is a non-breathing fuel cap. It is therefore intended for a fuel-tank installation that incorporates the correct separate tank-breather arrangement.
The tank breather must remain clear and correctly routed so air can enter and leave the tank as the fuel level changes.
A correctly fitted fuel cap is an important part of the complete fuel system. In addition to controlling access to the tank, it helps close the filler opening against normal road dust, debris and environmental contamination.

This is a non-breathing cap. The fuel tank must have a correctly installed and unrestricted breather system.
Before use, check that the cap seats correctly on the filler neck, locks securely and provides proper closure of the tank opening.
